I have enough ZP on my account but it keeps saying this when i try to buy it. Can someone help please?

Yeah, I have tried on UK1-4 and NA1 and have restarted several times

Should be a bug but try to close the game then open it or restart your PC

I still cant buy it and i have restarted CF and my laptop several times. Is there any other way I can buy it except ingame?

Just a quick update, this should be fixed now.

I've been running into the exact same error but with attempted color purchases for the M4 Iron Beast instead. Restarting game, changing servers etc does not work.
