Looks like someonr deleted my post...
Please refrain from swearing, censor bypassing and posting support ticket replies on forums.
All issues related to the Bingo event should be in one ticket, this is most likely why you got this response. -

1. aight np with it.
2. because of 'closed ticket' there wss noway to post again on the same ticket.
-1st ticket was about the playtime - 1 hour 1 draw -> Today morning > Ticket closed. (Problem solved)
-Today's ticket was about buying 50draws - screen freez'd -> no draws + zp has gone.
Do you feel me now? -

While i'm not surprised there's a ton of glitches with the bingo i'm happy I made it through the entire board without getting one. GL getting help from support, they can be a real pain in the butt. -
Quick update on this, guys. When the next bingo event happens this year (yes thats a spoiler that another bingo event will happen before the year ends) any missed draws from before will be added to your account so you can still use them. Any missed weapons or crates will be delivered to you guys by the end of next week.

Nice but i want to know is this only for who bought spins or for who completed 60H too -
