Hi, I made the payment in Boku systems by yhe phone and didn't received the ZP... What can I do?

Just like the person above me has said, you have to submit a Support ticket for these kind of issues.

The Support ticket should be under Payments / Purchases / Refunds --> Failure to Receive ZP.

Please make sure to fill out all the information.

there should be a limit on how much zp people can buy each day,(especially in the phone options that in my opinion should be removed overall since there are tons of bugs people are not afraid to abuse)
