hack report......

so. i checked my hack report history. and was really dissapointed that the last 2 hack reports (already 14 days old) still have Honorable Ribbon and still last seen like 2-3 days ago.

how you can read. i report with IGN and Account Link to Avoid mistakes.
the first is a Player with 11 VIP who use speedknife. (as you can read in the ticket description)

same as the 2nd player.

HOW can it be that NOTHING happen to them within 14 days? i mean this speedknife is so easy to detect. 1 of the 2 reported people even run trough the walls... also at the 1st report you see no slash animation from his kukri red crystal...

it is really sad that it takes so long to get the ticket viewed and actions are taken against them. just to be sure i even send the hack report as a regular ticket, in hope it will get viewed faster, but no. the support answered : please use the hack report section.. BUT WHY. When NOTHING happen with reported players via the hack report section.

Dont undestand me wrong : I play CF since 2011 and when i report a cheater he is 100% a cheater !!!

Dear Crossfire Team : You should work on a way to View this Important Hack reports faster and take the right Action against Cheaters. I only report BLATANT CHEATERS and cant imagine that the Crossfire stuff didnt notice the Cheat. in this case : Send the Stuff back to School and teach them how to detect cheaters.



at this time i dont believe that this hack report is so very important to you like you said in your automatic response.....

They prefer to make a new Lotterygame then trying to fix anything ingame. The only thing they understand is generating Dollars
I also reported one player 2 months ago now 1 week ago. and i also wrote a ticket about the issue that the hacker doesnt get banned but the answer go to Hacking Report section.

I can't speak for everyone since I do feel like people are getting their reports dealt with and players are getting banned left and right but even I have had this issue. I don't know if they delete reports once they are dealt with so I can't confirm if all the reports in my report history are the only ones I have done since I have completed forgotten all the people i've reported.

I have reported I think 2 people from 2014 and yet none of them were banned and they were not hacking along the line of walling or something hard to notice it's was just the normal simple aimbot and speed which is something anyone that has played this game for an hour would easily notice, now I have reported someone a few weeks ago and yet that person was banned either that and again it wasn't something hard to notice all golden headshots easily snapping on heads through boxes so I can't see why it's taken so long for that person to be banned and with me knowing this I have kinda just gave up on reporting people since I can't be asked to save the replay then go through it with all the lag it produces then to get the exact time since I feel like they wouldn't bother if I just said " All of the game " then send it through and have the chance for it to automaticly delete itself ( i've had that happen to be recently ) and then I just can't be asked since I can clearly see that it's not as stable as it should be and hopefully they can just improve the whole Support Ticket page cause I have also had normal tickets randomly dissapearing and that is just annoying.

Honestly if they just recruited people on the job to just go through reports and that's all they did I think it would be higher wave of people getting banned cause you need to think about how much GM's need to do so giving the job of watching and reading reports to another group of members at Z8 would probably be the best for all.

I don't know why that X-Trap doesn't detect those hackers like the last year we didn't see any hackers but when they added the new X-Trap every thing change and more hackers

This is proven, the gms are not blocking the hacks.

This game became a crap.

If you deposit more than 100k of zp each month you can use hack and they do not block you.
