INVESTIGATE tickets

YOu get a ticket and send a standard reply because you have no time to read or investigate. I have a problem with not getting distribution on the last event and no one actually looks at it.
They hit a button that says they are right , when they are not. and no actual investigation. OMG they couldnt have done something wrong. Not a snowflake.

There is a trick to get them to give you non robot replies... but I am going to keep that to myself before people start abusing the power lol
