Storage Formation

May I ask what the heck the storage formation is? Cause I feel like everyday I go onto the game my guns are so where else, I have my sword at the top for some reason with all the other melees farther down but then rifles and LMG's are all just somewhere.

Only thing thats together are my pistols. I don't remember it being so confusing.

  • I feel exactly the same way, its as if someone shakes my screen and all my weapons randomly fly about.
  • The guns are now sorted by rarity, see those fancy Borders around your guns? That Silver border on your Sword makes it go all the way to the top, while everything else is down.

Basically Golden Silver>Silver>Bronze>No Border, they get sorted like that, I think. You can always sort by gun type to have the slightest resemblance of a sorted storage.

Not really a fan of it, myself.

Although I'd have to report that while the rarity shuffling stays the same, the guns seemingly STILL change positions every now and again, just after I get used to how they are sorted.

Still, weapons change by themselves. Sometimes my reg AK is on one place, the next day it's all the way at the bottom, etc...
  • I also find that after you roll black market crates and log out the spray you have selected changes to something else, unless that just happens to me.
  • Basically, when you aren't looking your guns hang out with each other, and have parties, etc. But then when you click inventory, they have to quickly run back to your inventory. This is also why we have the messages when switching tabs, because we have to give them time to run back. Sometimes, they forget what their position is though, so they just panic and throw themselves inside there where they think it looks best.

I also want to know how the 'rarity' value thing is decided I'm pretty sure it's not actually by the rarity of how many people own it...maybe by it's actual win rate or something...though I honestly think it's just arbitrary values assigned to them. I have ZP Crate weapons that are low rarity and then there's some other weapons that aren't ZP crate (heck I think they're GP crate weapons or lesser) and have a higher 'rarity' than my ZP stuff. Not many mind you...but enough it makes one think.

Then it still doesnt make any sense because even duplicates of the same weapon are all spread out.

Refer to Kanadians most insightful explanation as to why that is.

It's such a weird problem in the first place, I'd love to see if the developers over at China ever get around to fixing that.
