i no play with hacking

i open the game frist time ant get failed to connect server

I opened the game again Li appeared this letter

your account has been permanently blocked

I do not know why this happened

but i need back my account

I Agree with shadow but if the account had opened hack on it so you can't back it again if it was charge back you can back it so send a ticket to the support and you will know the issue

I discovered what happened to my account
It was opened in Internet Cafe and was a computer viruses
