play win repeat event rewards

I did my event, i checked on the last day to make sure i didn't miss any day.
I still didn't get them, i also didn't take any screenshots this time to use as proof.

Do i have to take a screenshot everytime an event ended from now on?

Those 100+ hmx games we're annoying and took ages. (never do an event like this again pls)


So do i still get the reward or is it already to late?

have you already sent in a ticket asking them to check your Event status on it? If so then hoping for a good answer for you. (doubting they've responded seeing as they're just now getting into the office and getting busy :P )


also....why HMX? did you accidentally play that one before seeing the event...or did you personally choose to play that one? Cause....ouch...

I thought the event was the day after that, some random asked if he could try a gun and i just followed him into a hmx game not knowing it's already on... gg wp

Lol....that sure sucks. I gave up on the event half way in because I forgot about it.

You should have gotten your ep instantly, try sending in a ticket and see what they say.

People who did FFA probably had the best time, 10 kills is like 2 mins lol

I didn't receive rewards either and event tracker says I did all the games on all days. maybe they'll finish giving out the rewards when they do the BINGO update

pretty curious about when they will distribute the rewards,they usually give it 1 day after the event ends

Generally it takes 48 hours to give out all the rewards. If after 48 hours you still no recceive anything send a ticket to support

Well have sent 3 tickets, Same response- a for auto response saying the event rewards were completed. In other words they dont look into anything. Snowflakes always on coffee break I guess.
I got the case ticket reward but NOT the 20,000 EP reward. What a waste of my time to play all those games and not just not get the reward but to have them send a letter lieing saying, well saying they distributed it, not saying I got it. Just shows they dont really look into it. They dont hire anyone to fix player problems, but I bet they have someone hired to pick up lunch every day.
Anyway yes 3 tickets. Dont bother. However I am going to keep sending in tickets if they dont fix it. Ive sent screen shots of what my EP is. Last time I did anything was 7/30 buying a case with EP. Ive playeed daily and got EP up to about 19k. But have they distributed the 20k EP from the event? No. Its happened before. An indication it will happen again. And again, and again. I lobve seeing tghe "experts" on here proclaim it generally takes such and such time to get the rewards. Im just here to proclaim it seems to me that generally they make errors and/or have problems with their software and employees causing rewards not to be given at all and no one with the guts or grey matter to actually try and fix anything.
