Open/elite

It has come under my attention that a handful of players who currently compete in the ongoing elite league are trying to participate in the open league as well with alt/smurf accounts or even with the same account they compete with in elite.
It would be nice to have an official response in as to wether that practice is legal or subject to penalty/disqualification.
Imo this is a little unfair for the teams that are in open.

People who play in Elite League can't play Open. That's what Kanadian said yesterday in twitch chat.

Elite players are not allowed to play in Open. If any Elite player is found and proven to be playing in Open, they will be subject to penalties up to and including complete disqualification from all CFCL leagues.

What's bad in playin for the open league ? it will be skillful league , all depends on aim since no smokes or flashes will be useful
