what should i do ?

After i make the bullet trace and bullet smoke on high and press save , sure it's give me "successfully saved"

but when i join the game i find it didn't saved ! and i cant see the bullet trace then i out and check it and yeah it's didn't saved..

How to fix it ?

I only noticed it a couple of days ago. Might have been a bug since new patch came out.

It's definitely a bug, I didn't notice it before but I did check now. In setting Tracer and Smoke is unchecked, If I check it on both save and exit and later it will be unchecked again. I have done the same outside the Game in setting section but still the same. This wasn't the case last month. So if you haven't already, submit a ticket showing them the bug issue and hopefully it will get fixed.
