Issue's with GM response's

Is it me or do we get a reply to any ticket we write is the same reply. and i mean it is always the same

Doesn't matter what the complaint is thats the reply.... i think we deserve more than a carbon reply

Well, are you only sending complaints? I mean, Support can only pass the information along to their superiors, so that's what they'll say each time. They can certainly paraphrase, reword it a little, but I doubt that would add any more meaning than their current standard reply 0.0
