temporary banned

hey,
i have contact the crossfire support for a problem and they said that my account is temporary banned but they didnt say the duration so i waited for like a week or something and contacted them again after that they changed their mined and said no its permanent banned i dont know why i haven't open my email since they said that its temporary banned and it cant be opened because its temporary banned..so isnt that wrong as they say something and then they changed it again!? i have the ticket id if you want to check it.

  • You may contact Support on why the decision was changed. The players on the forums can't help you with this issue, sorry. Support has final say in these matters.

    Support should be giving you a single answer, not changing their minds about something or making mistakes. Please send me the ticket # where this happened in a private message on the forums.

    To be honest I somewhat prefer to wait 3-5 days for "human made reply" from support rather than 5 minuets copy/paste response (and the replies are also not synchronized between the different departments).I think it's understandable frustration when 98% of our tickets have exactly the same reply text.We are paying users after all (personally I have 7 vips)and it really could be nice to be treated like somewhat human and not like "ticket 4F23523AA32 by some random1992 that must to be closed within 5-15 minutes because there is minimum tickets closing supplier we are must to stand by otherwise we will get fired". >_<

    I'm not a businessman and have no idea about it...but...aren't you supposed to "ass kiss" the customers and treat them like kings for them to buy ZP?Because all I see is the vise versa

    No, you're not. You're supposed to offer the best customer service that you can, within the rules and policies set out by your superiors.
