Me Account but i can't prove it :3

i've been sending tickets to account administration for over 2 months now
more than 10 tickets hoping that i can change my email
but unfortunately
they reply with the same message every time



what should i do know to prove that's my account ?
i have more than 2k pics in-game
i think thats maybe help me change my email



I made my account a very long time ago when i was like 13-15 years old or something.
at that point I never thought that i would like this game and play it for real.
my account could get hacked and I would never be able to get it back since the email i registered on my account was just a email i made to get started!
so anyone can help me to change my email ?
and please do not say send a new ticket -.-
because i do not remember the [highlight]Security Question[/highlight] , [highlight]the Account Creation Date ofc [/highlight]

well they don't want to fix the typo on my email on my account, i sent them all i know except some info that supposed to be on email but since there is this typo i never received it....i sent them all of the ZP purchases from my paypal since 2010 but still wasn't enough lol....do you think they will help you with a screenshot like this ?

Man I feel you. Got my account stolen a while back and I cant regain it due to the fact I dont know the accounts email and security question. I have multiple paypal payments since 2015 plus youtube vids of me using the said account but its all been disregarded. Heck, go to the accounts forum page and you still see my Youtube link in the signature :P

Now its pretty much gone for good because said accounts thief bought ZP and won weapons for it. Ah well, I've come to terms with it.

I had an account like that, I just ended up creating the email I registered with. Everything was fine after, I got the email changed.

I don't think there is any customer support at z8games. There might be some outsourced Indian help and they just copy and paste basic replies but don't read or reply to the messages.

I guess the good thing is if your account is hacked they wouldn't be able to change the email so easily. Making the email with the typo would be a good idea if that's possible - because if the account gets hacked and someone realizes they can still make that email then you'd be screwed.

You have to actually remember the e-mail.

He means that his e-mail might be Y0ungAngie@randomemail.com, but he accidentally registered with Y0ungAngei@randomemail.com (see the i and e is switched). Then he creates an actual e-mail with Y0ungAngei@randomemail.com.

It sounds like in your case you don't actually remember your e-mail at all.

Lol not quite, it wasn't just a typo. The email was something like this: dhsiabaiwjaiab@hotmail.com
