HGW gAME WATCHER FREEZE IN STEP 3

Any body know this solution. Facing this problem on 1 aug to till date.
I cant access beyond hgw step 3. Loading stop at step 3, it doesnot go beyond that.

Any kind hearted person who know this solution.
