Hgw stuck at step 3

This Is Ridiculous, Since the AUGUST patch i can not load crossfire!
Even after todays patch NOTHING
The GMS are not even helping they are just blaming Service Providers
BULLOCKS! ive seen multiple people now complain about this
all to be told the same answer! It must be your ISP
I have tried through 2 different ISP and it does nothing
I have Deleted, uninstalled, Re-installed about 5 times
I have updated my pc
I have checked compatability
I have done everything and nothing will fix it
I really think you GMS should do your job and investigate what is causing this problem

Because due to this i can not complete the EVENT
WHich in my opinion if completely UNFAIR.

To me all it seems is that None of the Rich players have complained they cant connect yet so GMS dont care because the P2P players have access
I was considering buying vip today after patch but NOPE because i cant even Load the damn game!

PLEASE GM FIND A FIX FOR THIS! IT HAS TO BE SOMETHING SERVER SIDED!~!

After recent update, all players from India are banned to play crossfire, I don't know why, maybe lag issues

I am also facing the same issue.
I even raised a ticket. They give same robotic replies. They will tell you all bull**** problems. Canned messages which says how to trouble shoot. I am a software engineer and I know how everything works here. This is issue with all Indian gamers. But they don't understand our problem.

GMs only cares about money, even me since augost patch i cant play until now fckin hell, always stuck to loading step 3!, thats why I play defferent game, my 40k zp is useless fcking GMs

They dont have the skill to solve this problem that is the reason why...

Seems that some IP ban or restrictions can be the cause, also you found there a possible solution.

I tried this bro but still facing this issue..:(

Anyway seems that some IP's are restricred or banned,

BUT in that case your last hope is to send support center a ticket where you write game error / problem (hgw freeze on step 3) , and your details : country, internet type and speed, internet IP , windows version, CPU / Video ( last one are not related .. but just in case)

P.S. I presume after support center get all those info's for more players can identify why some IP are restricted

Did all that and no reply from them...., they just closed the ticket saying you send the same issue over and over...
Guess they are not concern...

anyway been away long enough the interest is lost...
This issue is faced by some only so....WHO Cares....!

I am using TELIKOM PNG and having issue on Log In stuck on STEP 3. this happen After the server maintenance update last AUGUST I already Did the uninstall the Xfire Program and Reinstalled to my Computer but nothings happen still the same please me idea to solve this issue thank.
