The last 3 hack reports i sent have been reviewed within 48 hours and all lost their HSR Ribbon, You have to provide exact information like, Time of the hack occurred,Round,which hack. they can't watch the entire replay they have a lot of replays to watch.

Also 3 days is nothing, it can take a week. Though I admit mine haven't been reviewed for a while now. -
Clearly they have given up on the ranked matches. Just go to the ranked competition page and see how many of them are legit. I have four pages of reports (I used to do max.5 reports per day on these lows) and they are still standing at the top ranked places. Accounts who have KDs under 1.5 and suddenly are gold 6 and plat (yeah right) or mido/ahmed/mohamed guys who don't even know who sound is but are somehow placed better than scrimmers from NA/EU. I've stop reporting because I can already see the picture of most of them escaping by and winning the rewards at the end of the season. Plus Ranked in UK (until before the maintenance before) it was bugged and nobody seemed to notice.

What are the status and what does each one mean?
The status of hack reports is either completely blank (Not reviewed yet) or "Closed". Closed means they have seen your ticket, looked at the evidence provided, and resolved the report. At this point they are either still in-game, or they've been banned. -

You are absolutely right in ranked match there is too much hack, and those who are in the qualifier almost all are hack and have not blocked them. -
Just for all you guys saying hackers don't get banned/you don't get banned if you buy VIPs... I had roughly 10 people banned just a few days ago, VIP players included.
Just because there is a player that has VIP weapons that hasn't been banned yet, doesn't mean they won't be.
The GMs have been very short staffed recently from what I understand and have only recently got back up to speed in terms of reports.

They generally only accept replay files when reporting a player. Screenshots can be manipulated.
