I was banned because apparently hacking but i didnt use hacks i just started

i was permanetly blocked for apparently hacking, if there is a gm i would like to see the proof of me hacking or using stuff like that. idc ill start a new account but i bought zp yesterday and i want my money back because i didnt hack and now i dont have any guns. someone help me

Under the TOS that you agreed to, no one is obligated to disclose what you did to result in a permanent ban. But since you're wondering, there's a number of reasons you may have been banned:

- Changing game files
- Account sharing
- Someone you gave your info to hacked on your account
- You repeatedly abused a bug or glitch

It's also in the TOS (that you agreed to when you made your account) that ZPs purchased are non-refundable.

Anyway, tl;dr
You agreed to a set of TOS when you created your account. No one on the forums can change the TOS or the fact that your account was permanently banned. As Natt mentioned, if you'd like to petition anything, you're going to have to go through Support.
