XTrap Blocked Permently my account ?!!

iam in egyption and for last 4 Month i changed my windows from windows 7 32x to Windows 10 64x and Game files not deleted and iam open game there Xtrap Proplem some of file are missing in on game folder i downloaded new files for Xtrap From our Site Z8Games Fourm and Paste it in Xtrap Folder and Open Game and open my account Marshal and 4 VVip and play a one game

and after 15mins of play then Massage is "Disconnect From Server"
and re open my Account and get massage "Your Account Has Been Permanently Blocked"
i dont lie i swear
What my doing now ??!
i have Full information iam recoverd my account for stolen from 8 month ago
iam sending a Ticket to Z8Games Support and tell me
"It appears that your request is in regard to an account that has been permanently blocked for violating our Terms of Service. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with any assistance in regard to this account."
iam not Violating your Terms Of Service i just changed that Windows ?? Please Tell me what my doing to do now please help me iam payed 1200$ in this game and i have a Transaction 1 - Payment Method and Transaction ID please help me please

First off, you shouldn't be changing any files, even copying and pasting.
Secondly, I should hope that Xtrap files were missing. We haven't been using Xtrap for a while now.

What are my sins now? Have you deleted the XTrap files from the game What is my fault and my account that you paid a lot of money?
-I want to see that Terms of Service for replacing the missing file from the official page Z8Game Support?

If you added files to the game that shouldn't be there, it is grounds for a ban, yes. Please submit a ticket for any specific answers.
