Stuck on Step 2 for NA 1

Hi i am unable to play on NA 1 i get stuck on Step 2 and then the game says MM error.

im stuck on step 3 since the severs are back online. i tried to restart my computer, restart my internet, and i tried to reinstalled the game as well. nothing works. any suggestion ?

What about adding CrossFire to your exception list on your anti-virus and firewall? Have you tried to run CF as admin? It also could be a background program conflicting with CF, close as many background programs that you don't need.

Hi, Yes it is only happening with NA 1. Every other server works fine.

i have played this game on this exact set up without any issues previously.

Randomly affects NA1, NA6 and UK2. Quite annoying.

I am having the same problem... NA1 seems to be stuck at Step 2 then MM error and d.c. Tried to use another server UK4... Had no problem entering except it was a bit more slow.

I have the same issue. It gets stuck on step 2 on NA1 and UK2. Had this issue for months now. I did submit a ticket and they did offer a solution but none work. I tried logging in different into PC but it still got stuck on step 2. I have given up, I only play in UK1/4 now.

What have you done to try to fix the issue? I have reinstalled, closed all other programs, made sure it is added to firewall exception, etc and it still didn't work
