Maybe you earned MP from Fever Bar before getting that new mission. if that's the case, you have Fever Bar level 3 complete then the only choice is to change mission using GP.

Seriously? I already paid 2k GP to get it changed and I got this so now 3K? Damn I am too unlucky.

I personal wouldn't think about it, "MP" this month is trash, just complete 15 day's to keep the ribbon.
