The ribbon is being distributed today. It may take up to 48 hours to show up on your profile. If it still doesn't show up after this time period, I would suggest to send in a support ticket.

P.S. I got my ribbon right after the maintenance last night.

BTW congratz for your 3rd DE Silenced. It is one of the best DE variants out there. I spun soo many crates trying to win it but i am still not able to lay my hands on it.

Thanks, Natt. I still didn't get my ribbon.

I submitted a ticket day before yesterday. Support Staff closed it after writing that they forwarded the information to the appropriate department for the investigation.

It's only been four days. Give it a week or so. If you've rightly earned it, it will eventually be added to your profile, one way or another.

i think u won in the last day of the event period ( Aug 1) like me ..
btw i sent ticket and they answered me that i won in (Aug 1) and this means i am not eligible for this event ..
and the event was From July 19th to August 1st
so i dont understand actually xD Nvm ..
