I Forgot my username

I forgot my username and password but i still have the email is there is any way i can get an emaill with my account info because when i submit a ticket he asked me about the user name of the account that has the problem which i don't remember

When registering, the email should have the username I believe. Unfortunately nobody can give you that username otherwise.
