cant log in z8games! but in the game? help.

i have a Problem i cant log in with my old Account on this Page the Account is from 2011!!
But i can log in the game and i can play !?

Please i need Support! Really! Help sure please.




PS: CF Support dont answer me back and delete the Support Ticket every time-.-!

Please send a ticket to the account admin section. This is likely an issue with your account not being migrated when we switched databases. They will help you out with getting it fixed

I would like to make it but the problem is I know not the security data is neither email nor it was 6 years ago! What can I do? I am the owner ...

If you can already login to the game, you don't need any of this info, because you don't need to recover. Just submit the account admin ticket, and explain to them that you dont have the info and that you can log into the game but not into the site.

Ok i done it.

And the problem is that is a another Acc not this Acc i cant log in the page.

Make sure to actually put in the Ticket ID and not the words "<Removed>".
