It's been 20 days since I submitted my first ticket addressing this issue, and it's not solved. I gave the format they asked for, and it's still not solved. NOTHING IS DONE.
Please fix it. As soon as possible. I am a paying customer, if you don't fix this, I can't buy more of what you're selling. It should clearly be fixed.
