Why don't you just remove the Kukri - Broken Red Crystal from the Mileage at least the number of the hackers will decrease till you fix it of-course.

The Mileage Shop gets changed at the beginning of every month so it could very well be changed anytime right now. As for the hackers, please keep reporting them. They do get permanently get banned.

have you guys consider in game report hackers ? it is a lot of work to quit in the middle of the game and save the clip. go to browser, go to this website. log in to my account. fill in all the info. to maybe get that hacker banned. like how do we even know if that guy get banned ? i think you guys should consider in-game report and a list of hackers you guys banned and keep that list update.

The in-game report system has been suggested before however, there are a few drawbacks to this such as players abusing it and reporting legit players which are actually good. The good thing about the website report system is that players will actually report hackers rather than wasting their time on legit players who don't hack. The in-game system is something which is still being discussed today.

As for a list of hackers which are banned, we used to have something like this in the past. However, the current policies which Smilegate West holds, does not share details regarding hackers. However, this could very well be changed in the near future.

I'm not sure if they're even IP banned. If they aren't, they could just make new accounts... Why don't you bring back kick voting for all modes and maps then, could increase the quality of gameplay. Or perhaps have moderators in the game with the ability to ban/kick. There's just no end to them, maybe IP ban and/or link ban them so they can't create more accounts. The problem is that there is no way to permanently patch the hacking, what happened? It was going so well before and then in these past few months they just dropped in like a bomb. Maybe, as suggested above, implement an in-game ban where players could submit a player (perhaps with a replay) and people or mods could vote on a perm ban. Also replays are a problem, even if you do submit a replay in a ticket to support, it won't send if the file is too big. That means that if you started a game and a hacker entered somewhere in the middle, you wouldn't be able to send the replay because it would be too long. Leaving the game and re-enter would work, but then your KDR gets ruined quickly; if not, slowly with the amount of hackers in the game. This is a serious issue and I just hope this would bring attention to the crowd to work on this issue instead of dealing with a bunch of minor issues about in game crashes or the game not loading up. There's no point in fixing those if all you're going to get at the end is to play with a bunch of hackers. A lot of us invested in this game to make it more fun for the rest of the community, not for the hackers to ruin. It may be difficult to solve, but at the end of the day, even though you might not like it, we are the source of your income. We are customers, and we're not getting customers' satisfaction. We aren't breaking the rules, the hackers are. If you can't even bring more light to the issue and maybe try to get the whole community's help into brainstorming a solution, then I see no reason to continuing further support of this game.
