Do I really have to wait 90 days for name to be used? "We have removed the name from the user, and it now requires a 90 day buffer period" This is what z8 staff told me in my support ticket.

Yup. You really need to wait 90 days

I'd imagine the buffer is to ensure that the user is completely gone from the game, and the 90 day buffer is for the user to send in a support ticket or something.
