When you have a lot of ZP and you want to buy Christmas crates but also your dream Gold phoenix crates (with Ak, Deagle and M4A1) might be added in the next patch so you don't know whether to spend your zp now or wait and save that zp.

(and don't tell me that I should but xmas crates now and then buy more zp if gold phoenix crates are going to be added)

I would buy the Xmas crates just because it gives you a ribbon aswell if you win a perm weapon from the crate.
