Paypal/ZP Problem...I want my money back pl0z

I tried buying Z8 points a few days ago.
Everytime I paid for it using PayPal, it would redirect me to this website as it usally does.
However I was given message saying that the transaction did not go through.
(I know it must happen a lot since it gave me a link to the problem if my money was taken out anyways)
My money wasn't taken out right away though.
I tried two more times and I was given the same message saying there was a transaction problem.
Just until today the amount of money that I spent "trying" to buy ZP was taken out which was $26.97.
I would like a full refund please and will show the receits of the transaction to any GM that helps.

You will need to send in a support ticket for that I beleive Tech Support was intended more for bugs/problems playing not money issues. So send in a support ticket with receit numbers and everything that could possible help them though im assuming they won't do refunds but try it. Good luck, Kyle

Where would I find the support tickets?
I never receive any emails from Z8 at all besides the one in which they introduced themselves.
The only other proof I have is the reciets and details i have from my bank statement.
By the way, thank you very much for the help so far.

I still haven't been helped. The ZP went through today and the paypal payment is cleared.
It wasn't my intentions to spend all this money on ZP.
Can I please be helped as soon as possible.
