Reset kills/deaths

I want to ask u guys if this thing once bought affects the ribbons that are associated with kills like:
You're No Tom Berrenger - 5000 headshots
Army of One - 100000 kills
Executioner - 500000 kills (this is the ribbon i'm most afraid to loose)
my kd is currently 1.77 538k kills-302k (7 years of crossfire) deaths so to get the Clutch Killer i need like 70k kills with no deaths so thats not going to happen any time soon.
Im afraid to loose these 3 ribbons just to get 1.
So i want to know if any of u guys got the kill death reset and if u lost the ribbons related to kills.

As far as I am aware. Resets do not alter past ribbons.

I didn't lose the one man army ribbon after resetting my kd so its safe to say you dont have to worry about that one.
Im not sure if they use the same rules with the 500k ribbon tho. I would think they do.
