I can't log into my z8games account

i can log into the game and play without any problem, but when it comes to log into the website i don't have access. It looks like my website account was disabled or something (my account was created in 2011).

I contacted support 2 times and...
"Hello,

Thank you for contacting Z8Games Support Center.

It appears that you submitted your support request incorrectly. The Login ID you provided us does not exist in our database. If you misspelled the Login ID by accident, please submit a new support ticket with the correct Login ID so we can be able to better assist you."

My login ID is correct i have an email with all the information required.

I really want to use my EP. Do you guys have any suggestion?

  • That's weird you can log into the game, but not on the website. What about the kompani15 account you are using now - it looks like you can log into kompani15? Is it a different account?

    Also, does your log-in have any special characters?

    kompani15 is a new account. My main account doesn't have any special characters. I think it was disabled due to inactivity (5 years).

    Okay, one last question, did you send Support a screenshot of the registration email showing the user ID? Because I have not heard of them deleting accounts. What they have done is merely reset people's IGN (then they give you a free name change card).

    If you haven't tried this yet, please do so.
  • Looks like there is no way to reactivate my account, after send 3 tickets im still getting the same answer.
  • i may have an ideea, but first two questions:

    1. your acc was created before aug. 03. 2011, or after that date? ( don't write the exact date since is a security info)

    2. from what country ?

    Background story: a friend of mine create after that date a new acc on CF Europe version in 2012 and was able to login and play on this version for 1-2 months... until a game update, i think was a database error :)

    Anyway all accounts are able to login web site, even the accounts from red zone who can't play this version.... if you still have the first email you receive after you create the account you have login problems...look on sender adress if is from this version :)

    Yeah, my account was created after that date but im not from a blocked country, im able to play btw. The only problem i have is that it looks like my website account was disabled and i cant get it back.

  • What happens when you enter your ID and PW on the website ? Does it tell you that either of them is incorrect or does the whole page load for a second then you end up not getting logged in ?

    Did you try to enter both your Login ID and Password a little more slowly ? Maybe you could use a notepad file and type in that file what you actually type to login to the game then copy and paste that in the fields on the website ?

    A friend of mine had similar situation, and I kept telling him that he must be entering the wrong password or something, but he didn't believe me then a few days later he realized he was actually typing something from another game, he told me so, if I remember correctly. Even I typed mine incorrectly numerous times due to me typing it so fast and having many other accounts.

    You could also try to clear your cache or use another browser, but I doubt thats it.

    As for inactivity, I don't think thats the case either. I could still login with that account of mine that I haven't used in 4 years on both the website and the game when I came back to this game, but I'm not sure though, it could be something new they made recently.

    If you are 100% sure you are entering it correctly, then indeed it could be some issue with your account on the website.

  • Please send a ticket to the account admin section. This is likely an issue with your account not being migrated when we switched databases. They will help you out with getting it fixed :) Once you do this please PM me the ticket # and I will have it looked into.
  • I am having same situation. I send multiple support tickets with literally all the information right and more and I even have emails to prove it from when I created the account. They keep giving me generic replies.
