Deleted XIGNCODE3 dolder

I couldn't enter any channels after trying for three times a row. So I thought there must be sum ting wong with xigncode files. So I thought deleting the folder would redownload it and /i'll be good to go. But it doesn't redownload it after running cf_patcher. Could someone (a gm) upload there xigncode3 folder or tell me where I could get it? Or will redownloading whole game would solve this? Thank

I do imagine that a re-install would solve it.

Although I perceive it as quite odd that it simply does not redownload the files when they get deleted, I went to try it myself, and it is just like you describe.
