Can't report a hacker

If a hacker change his ign he will not get banned, if you report him with his previous ign?

The link still works but the GM's will remove the link, and his IGN is still the same.

Im lucky that they are sleeping now. Yea it was a bug luckily he didnt changed it. But why I cant report him?

Well since you can only upload 1 video at a time, just submit another ticket

I have to click submit and not upload file.

The GMs can track IGN changes. Also, if possible, when submitting a report, try to include a link to the hacke'rs profile. Just in case things like name changes happen. It'll save the GMs some trouble trying to figure out what his new IGN is.

Do you know how much information is stored inside the CF replays?
Account information? Logs about who played?
Going to resend a replay, didn't even think to link his profile.
It takes about a minute and a half to rewind a replay, I can't imagine these replays being that useful, unless opened on the GM side client, they get more commands and info.

^ Pretty much this. We can see every IGN you have ever had, and can track everyone who has ever had that IGN. So don't worry, we can find your guy

Yep! Whichever IGN is in the replay is the one you put in the report. It would get confusing if you reported (Player-1-New-IGN) and they could only see (Player-1-Old-IGN) in the replay :P
