Send in a ticket. I'm sure you will get there reply of "we are sorry but you were not on 'the list'". Even though you probably have screenshots showing ALL the days games played. Yep. That's the way its handled. Should be handled by firing the incompetent employee that muffed it up, then lies about it. No different that any other corporation.
