Cant enter the game- Stuck at step 11 100%

Hi fellows,

I have a problem entering the game

Im using Windows 7 64 bit and successfully installed the game but when I start, it gets stuck at HGW step 11 (100% checked).
Anyone knows how to fix this?

Thank you for replying me,

I just tried what you said but it didn't work. Im using laptop Asus G771JW, chip i7 quadcore 2.5GH, VGA GTX 860M 4 GB, Ram 8GB, HDD 1TB.

It still gets stuck at loading 100% on HGW game watcher, so sad.

I dont have the folder crossfire in My Document and I tried deleting the you-said files in my installation folder but it still not worked.
Maybe the reason is I play from Singapore and there is some problems.
