Hello my friend. To keep the ribbon for the moment, you have to finish the assigned tasks every month. If the managers get a decision, it might be enough to do only once.;)

I don't understand why you guys would take out bullet proof items. I mean for once the game felt equal between other players, not considering vips and all. But the point is that the game was more balanced with free armor, especially in the competitive scene.
