As I stated on your other post:

If there's a hack installed on the computer in the Net Cafe, that's not Z8's fault, and they also can't prove that it wasn't the person that got banned "Innocently" that installed the hack.

The best thing to do is install CrossFire on a USB hard drive or memory stick and run the game from that. That way, you can take it with you, and you can be sure that you will never be caught out by other people installing hacks.

You have to understand that you cannot blame Z8 for the hacking activity that occurred on your account, just like you cannot blame a sheriff for arresting someone using a stolen car. It doesn't matter if "you didn't know the car was stolen". It is ultimately your responsibility to keep your account safe.

it is your responsibility to check the computer that you are using before logging in to crossfire. If you don't do so and the pc that you use has any illegal programs on it ofc you will get banned.
As already mentioned above please submit a ticket and stick to tickets please. We aren't able to help you via forums, the only ones who can help you is the support staff.
