Can any GM look why is my account banned please ?
I`ve paid for the VIP items to play and enjoy the game , I never used hacks ...

I`ve sent them a ticket , but untill they will wake up to see it and reply , I was thinking that they would reply to me here , cause they dont have any reasons to ban my account .
So I am waiting for one of the GM to check this issue ...

Does it say how long you're banned for? If it's not permanently then it could be for insulting, for glitching/bug abuse etc...
