Cant recover my account of 7 years

I am trying to recover an account that is close to 7 years old. Everytime i try to recover my password is says that this account could not be recovered. I have the email it was assigned with and some payment methods i used to purchase ZP.

I tried contacting support but every time i sent in a ticket it said that I needed more information. I provided all the info that I could remember. Can I please get some real support for this issue? Thanks.

I have the email that the account was signed up with too. I would really like some help.

To add some detail, when I enter my email for password recovery it says the account is not available to recover.

Not trying to be dismissive here, but have you tried to ask Support (politely) what information it is they're still looking for? Give it a try and let me know if that doesn't work.
