Lost my register Email

i lost my register Email along time ago
and i couldn't find help by sending tickets so i'm here

i sent a ticked to Account Administration department 2 days ago
and they answered me like usual

so i tried to send a ticked to Crossfire Support department and ask to a reply from a GM
and i failed
so i'm here , asking for change my Email coz i do not remember it
this is all my memories on this account

so i need another way to prove that is my account
like saying who gifted me ZP last time!
idk , but please help me and do not say go to Account Administration department
**Notes : i know the Email but i do not remember the password
i bought ZP once using one card , i do not remember the Account Creation Date and Date of Birth lol
coz i created this account along time ago
to play CF so i did not care about these information
hope i can change my Email ..
