Forgot login ID

Hello all just have a question. Is it possible to get the login id? I forgot my login id but do have the email for the account. I can reset PW but can't login cuz of I don't know my id

see if u have the very first email from z8games , it should say the ID in there. If not then there is sadly nothing the GM's can do for u

Go into your email and search [highlight]support@z8games.com[/highlight] where you should see an email that says "Welcome to Z8Games!"

That is the email that will have your user ID and Secret Question/Answer.
