Thoseguys didnt pay they teammate all their money

Hello I'm khang and I recently played with those guys in elite league, I was starting 5 and was asked to sit out some games for the sub. They claim because since they asked me to sit out some games that I don't get the full amount of money which would be 60$ a player, instead they pay me 45$. This is unprofessional and wrong because I was asked to leave my team to come and play with them now, they're being unfair and refusing to give me my full amount of money, just wanted to let everyone know this when you consider leaving your team( if you are asked) to play with them.
Even if you divide 300/6 that would be 50$ so their still trying to short me.

If you signed a contract that explicitly says you're being paid whatever amount, then you're being ****ed and deserve to be paid. However, if it was just a verbal agreement, you have no leg to stand on. Hope you signed a contract bud.

We had 8 people on our roster. Throughout the entirety of CFCL, all 8 of those players played matches. The ONLLLLLLLY three players who played EVERY. SINGLE. MATCH. was myself, Tony, and Dom (notice how you aren't one of those players).

In addition, nobody has been payed yet, how are we supposed to pay you?

Nah what you guys are doing is messed up he played and left his other team to get pooped on in elite league with you guys, he put the time the practice the scrims he deserves just as much as any other person on your sorry team. Good luck getting elite league again with such bad money management and people management, if you would've done him right he wouldn't have to resort coming to the forums and making you guys look even worse than your performance.

you were s5 but asked to sit out so the sub could play instead? sounds like you would have been moved to sub spot if roster alterations were allowed.

also not their fault you ditched your crew of viets to play with overrated players.

idk who think you are anyway. if you havent noticed, the player pool for this community is pretty limited, and its probably the reason you got on that roster if the team feels you werent good enough (during the games you actually participated in) to be compensated for your entire time on the roster.

seems like Thoseguys arent on your side, and the viets you ditched arent either, so youre turning to the forums for support lol.

No one forced you to leave your old team it's your decision. It's fair to only get paid what you played for.

Perhaps you've misunderstood the entire situation. A sub replaced him because that's what we thought would be best for those specific matches.

it doesn't matter the reason, the fact is he didn't play. Would it be fair to pay him and not pay the person who subbed in his spot?

And yes good luck finding a team, we have nothing bad to say about Khang. He just doesn't understand the situation. We decided to part ways way before today.

I never wanted to play with him in the first place, this community doesn't have a lot of options. He was the "best", if not only option at the time. Now I don't know how you problem solve, but if a player consistently does not perform, he/she is gonna be replaced for the time being, at least in this situation.

Feel free to send a ticket regarding this, but the rule is and has been that payments will be made to the captain, and captains and teams will be responsible for everything else. The forums is NOT a place to argue about this. Do it in private, please. Its the professional and classy way to handle it.
