Not getting summer heat booster pack rewards with Razer deposit

Hi guys, I've sent a ticket but I'm also making a thread here so other people can check their deposits.

I've recently purchased ZP a few times through Razer. (There may be a bug with issuing 2 lots of rewards at once to a given account)
After depositing, I received the crates from the Razer event, but NOT the summer heat booster pack event.

At first I thought I was just being forgetful, but I deposited 50k ZP today, and I haven't received any stakeout crates OR a 7 day Deagle Obsidian Beast.

I sent a ticket before because I thought I spun them without realising, but if you check my account, you'll see (At least according to my first ticket) though it looks like I received the crates, they are neither in my inventory, nor have I spun them.
You can also check that I haven't got a 7-day Deagle Obsidian Beast in my account, I only have my permanent one.


I don't know whether this is the same for other payment options, but with Razer at least, this is definitely broken.

Has anyone else experienced this? Please tell me I'm not alone.

Ok problem solved, I'm an idiot.

Didn't realise it was only 1 booster pack per month.

Yea it's suppose to be a 1 time thing each month. But the first month or two they did these boosters you could get it multiple times by using different payment options. Hence why I have like 5 Namechanges as i'd buy my large ZPs through razer. But would buy 10ks from time to time through Paypal or even Rixty. glad they fixed it though cause it'd be a lot of stakeouts out there if they didn't lol.
