I think my account got hacked and support cannot help me!

I created my account in January of 2010(when I was 12) and have been playing the game off and on ever since. I have not played the game now for about 2-3 months(give or take idk) and decided to play it again. So I got onto the game and put in my username and password(that I am 100% sure is correct) and it told me my username and/or password was wrong. I then proceeded to attempt to log onto the z8games website and it said my info was wrong there as well. So I said "well I must have changed my password and forgotten about it". So I decided to reset my password via the email that should be connected to my account. So here is the issue! After I reset my password and tried to log in again, my username and/or password was still wrong. So this leads to 2 possible problems. Either my username was somehow changed(I don't think it is changeable), or someone has gotten into my account and changed the email that is linked with my account. So I thought "Hey, there must be some way for support to help me", so I go to submit a ticket and you have to fill out many criteria to prove that the account is yours(keep in mind this account was made 7 years ago by a 12 year old). Here is where the hole goes even deeper. 2 of the criteria are the exact account creation date and a security question. I do not remember the EXACT day of the month my account was created or the security question I created. So when I submitted it and got an email back they told me I provided either too little or inaccurate information.

So my question is, how can I get my account back without knowing the exact day of the month or the security question I created?

Why I think my account got hacked:
-I looked up my name in the exp rankings and it says I was last seen 11 days ago(from the last time I checked). I have not played the game 2 months+
-I know my user/password by heart as well as the email linked to my account and it was somehow wrong.

Please help! I have spent a lot of $ and time on this account.

If you managed to reset your password, how could someone have changed the email address on your account? You have to click the link to reset your password.

When someone tries to change ur email that's linked to ur account, you receive an email asking u to confirm the change. now only if u confirm he would have been able to change the email on the account, or he also has access to ur email.
Anyway , did u make sure u wrote the password correctly ? Maybe u have a typo in it?
if u are sure u typed it correctly and u can't access ur acc u have to submit a ticket.

I reset my password multiple times, checked to make sure my keyboard wasn't on caps lock and input my password multiple times.

If by some chance I had forgotten my User ID, is there some way for me to get it?

I don't know what is wrong with my account or why I cannot log in and its truly getting frustrating why I am getting no assistance. All I know is I am 100% sure of my UserID, Password, and email when I last played the game. I received no email that requested an email change.
There must be a change to the current email because it keeps telling me my information is wrong in my support ticket.
The 1 thing that is frustrating me the most about this situation is there is no direct connection with someone who can assist me, only bots telling me the information I put in wrong. you need a live chat or email I can contact so I can figure this out.
I am 100% sure my account has been hacked as well because I just checked and my account was last seen 19 hours ago as of this reply. I did not log on in that time(because I cant).
The level of assistance here is aweful. I am just being told to remake support ticket of which I apparently cannot provide accurate information for.

PLEASE HELP ME GET MY ACCOUNT BACK
