Simply put, you don't. Its against current policy to tell anyone anything about an account that isn't theirs.

Let's imagine that a thug stole your car and killed your dog.
By doing this he violated the rules, IRL rules. Police will put him in prison.
So, after your report to police you won't learn if the thug got punished?
Ofc you will want to learn what is going on. And police will let you know.

So? Same thing in CrossFire. But the cheaters violating the game rules.
Just imagine if police had the same "policy".

When someone kills your dog and steals your car on CrossFire, then we will publish his name. Until then, lets keep CrossFire with our rules, and let the police have theirs.
