Account recovery

Hello everyone
My account has been stolen recently,but i do not remember my birth date and security answer and that's a problem...In the tickets which i sent,i gave my transactions ID'S since i used to pay with PayPal but those are not enough...So,what else i can give to take my account back?

You're going to have to ask Support what else you can do if you can't remember your basic account information. And the answer might simply be "there's nothing else". Either you have the information or you don't. Simple as that.

Do you know if the account had to be CONFIRMED to be recovered? Like the email they send when you make an account and there is/was a link

back in the day when u created an account u received an email from z8 that confirmed the registration of the account and also u received all your information in the email as well. I don't know how it is now when u create an account tbh
