top ranked players are hacking and never get banned

so, i have noticed that top ranked players hack,just check those profiles, 1.4k kills and 100 deaths platinum 1,personally i have encountereed #3 against me in a game,he just jumped under the map and insta-heads everyone,i reported him over 2 weeks ago,and he hasnt been banned yet.i dont even know how sad this is. i still have the replay if anyone wants to try and rep him again.)

I have reported players on my alt account while using replays from my main account, and they've been banned, so I don't think that's true

I reported someone for cheating 3 weeks ago, but he changed his name 2-3 days after I sent the replay in. His profile says last seen 2 days ago plus honorable soldier ribbon. Still waiting for him to get banned. Just takes a lot of patience.

(He was inside the walls in excavation with his buddies)

U can say whose is hacking by watching his kill/death in ranking match

Indeed. That's why if I would do Ranked Match in my Daily Mission, I pay to changed it quickly.
Because nowadays, it's impossible to play Ranked Match.
And I think they should let players to have a kick vote on it. To avoid hacking.
