Send Error Report

Hi guys, I used to play crossfire, but had no time. I wanted to play again, so I redownloaded the game. However, every time I join a game, the bar stops at 12% and I get Error send report. I am not sure what is happening, since I can go into the game fine, just cannot play any games. This is a new computer, and the specs are quite good for crossfire, so I am not sure why this is happening... re installation did not solve the issue. Can someone help?

What version of Windows are you using?

I am using windows 10 right now.. But I did try compatibility settings with win 8/7 and they both did not work
