Two Tickets... Exact same response

Are they kidding me or what? did they even read what have I written? Because apparently saying the truth didn't make a difference.

  • Please do not post screenshots of Support? What do I do then, when support copy-pastes the exact same reply to me everytime...........
  • Well, just like it's against the rules to modify game files, it's also against the rules to post Support screenshots. You may feel like the rules were imposed unfairly, but the fact of the matter is they apply to everyone - it also applies to me. If I were to change the game files, moderator or not, my account would also be permanently banned.

    I am genuinely sorry you lost your account this way (I doubt it helps, but in case it does: I lost my Neopets account this way too 0.0 You're not allowed to curse, but I wrote something in Chinese pin yin that when put together was the beginning and ending of a curse word in English and bam - instant ban - I had so many trophies :().

    But yeah, as expected, it looks to me like Support is not taking intentions into consideration, which is why the response is not changing.

    With all respect to the Support team, but I find this extremely neglectful, hateful, and merciless towards game fans. Anyways thank you for your response mod, much respect for how well you do your job.

    I won't mind if you passed it on to them. And thank you, I'll make sure to hit you up once I make a new account, I play on UK, but it would still be fun to play with you sometime soon :) I won't mind the little ping difference. P.S: I won't be able to play tonight as I still have to create my char all over again but I'll make sure to add you once that's done and we can catch up later.
