It's that I've actually seen that the answers have nothing to do with the questions.
  • The responses are not automated, if that's what you're asking. It's obvious they use a designated format for the replies, but that doesn't mean it's automated.

Nope. All answers are given by a GM. But they (like ANY company like this) have set protocols and pre-defined responses so it is a uniform response across the board.

    well explained, nice job

It is understandable that it has a format designed for the answers, but often the answers do not make sense with the question.

Not everything is perfect and they do go through 100's of tickets a day. If you get a ticket like this, which the reply is completely off topic to your original then simply send them another one and explain that you got the wrong reply on the previous ticket.

Also, you're not allowed to post SS's of tickets on the forums.

    Sorry, I did not know.

Hokay, I saw the tickets and agree they had nothing to do with your question. Unfortunately, as Claire stated, it is against the rules to post screenshots of tickets on the forums, thus I have removed them.

To answer your question somewhat: The Foxy character was available a couple of times through event rewards (I recall a temporary one was available with VIP preorder and also a temporary one was also available as a perk for new time ZP buyers). If it was ever available permanently, then someone else may be able to tell you, since it may have come out during a time I was on hiatus. Finally, if there were plans to re-release Foxy, we most likely would not know about it beforehand. Sometimes we get hints from the GMs that something is coming, but for the most part, what gets released is kept hush hush until actual time of release/re-release.

You should be part of the support group.

Friend the answers I have received, is that GM use the copy and paste function.
  • Obviously, they do not help with our concerns

Please do not post Support ticket responses on the forum. There's a known issue with these ribbons. For questions not related to hacking, account recovery, etc, I recommend you ask on the forums in the future. Every player here is available to help you.

They do not use the copy and pa- Okay, maybe they use it xD I mean I use it everyday in my e-mails at work lol. But, if you ask the exact same question, why are you surprised that you get the exact same response? Trust me, an actual person is reading these tickets.
  • If there is an issue where you are getting responses that have nothing to do with the questions you have asked, please let us know. You can do this by sending another ticket and letting them know they haven't answered you yet, or if its really urgent you can PM me here on the forums. Answers that are completely off topic should not be happening, even when the tickets are being sent in massive waves. The support team does its best to answer each and every ticket with as much clarity and accuracy as possible within a timely manner, so it sucks that they've skimmed over yours like that :(

But to answer the original question, yes, real people answer the ticket system.

My questions are always different ;) . It's good to recognize that we all use the copy and paste tool, but we must only use it partially.

Believe me it is gratifying to have your answers.

It is good to know that GMs are present in the forum. Thank you for clarifying the question.

As a recommendation, the answers should be more intuitive in order for the end user to really feel that they are being taken care of by the support team.
