Instead of waiting 15 minutes then swearing at people, you should wait patiently for someone (Who is using their own free time to try and help you) or look it up yourself.
Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling your audio drivers? Have you tried going into services and making sure Windows Audio & Windows Audio Enpoint Builder are both running, and set to Automatic startup?
(Windows Key + R > services.msc > Windows Audio/Windows Audio Endpoint Builder > Status should be "Running" & Startup type should be "Automatic".
If the status is not "Running" then click on "Start the service" on the left-hand side of the window. If the Startup type is not "Automatic" then right click the service, change the startup type to Automatic, and click on OK, then restart your computer.)
